Senior SEO Specialist

About the role

As a Senior SEO Specialist you will own one of LYNX’s most important growth channels in the Dutch and Belgian markets. You will drive organic visibility, traffic and conversions through high‑quality, search‑optimized content while operating in a regulated environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define SEO strategy and priorities for NL & BE through keyword research and alignment with the broader content roadmap.
• Perform on‑page optimisation of Dutch‑language pages, including meta data, headings, internal linking, structured data and page structure.
• Collaborate with the content team to brief, review and optimise new content for local relevance and search performance.
• Monitor performance using Google Search Console, GA4 and SEO platforms; report on rankings, traffic and conversion trends.
• Analyse local competitor activity and identify technical and content opportunities.
• Maintain on‑page SEO guidelines and ensure consistency across all content.
• Work with product, development and design to implement SEO improvements such as templates, internal linking, page speed and UX signals.
• Identify high‑impact opportunities like new content clusters, SERP features and intent gaps, building business cases for each.
• Ensure all content complies with regulatory requirements while preserving SEO performance.
• Act as the go‑to SEO expert for NL & BE, educating stakeholders and promoting best practices.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on SEO experience with a focus on content and on‑page optimisation.
• Proven track record of driving organic growth in traffic, rankings and conversions.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable improvements.
• Native Dutch or Flemish speaker and fluent in English.
