Senior SEO & AEO Engineer – Remote (Belgium)

About the role

The Global Digital Marketing team is seeking a Senior SEO & AEO Engineer to lead search‑marketing initiatives across our digital properties. Working remotely from Belgium, you will shape content strategy, improve organic visibility and support broader marketing goals through data‑driven optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and manage end‑to‑end SEO and AEO campaigns for multiple digital assets.
• Define and execute a global content strategy aligned with search insights to boost conversions.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, writers and project managers to implement SEO recommendations.
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate objectives into effective search‑marketing plans.
• Produce high‑quality, SEO‑optimised content and conduct regular technical SEO audits.
• Analyse performance data, create dashboards and present actionable insights.
• Stay current with AI‑powered search trends and embed best practices into guidelines.
• Automate routine tasks and integrate search marketing with other digital channels.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to process improvements.

Required profile

• Proven hands‑on experience in SEO with up‑to‑date knowledge of AI‑driven search.
• Strong background in content strategy, keyword planning and mapping to customer journeys.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with solid problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective collaborator across cross‑functional teams.
