Senior SAP Enterprise Architect – Manufacturing

About the role

We are seeking a Senior SAP Enterprise Architect with deep experience in designing and delivering complex SAP landscapes for manufacturing organisations. Based in Antwerp, you will work with business and technical teams to translate manufacturing requirements into scalable SAP solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain SAP‑centric enterprise architectures, covering application, integration, data and technology layers, and act as Design Authority.
• Lead S/4HANA template creation, global rollouts and modernization initiatives, ensuring consistent integration with MES/MOM, PLM, SCADA and other shop‑floor systems.
• Translate production planning, quality, logistics and maintenance workflows into robust SAP designs and define future‑state architectures.
• Provide hands‑on guidance during design, build, testing and deployment, reviewing interfaces, custom developments, performance and security.
• Facilitate workshops, architecture boards and stakeholder communication across regions.

Required profile

• 20+ years of SAP solution architecture and enterprise integration experience, with proven delivery of large‑scale SAP transformations.
• Extensive background in manufacturing (discrete or process) within multinational organisations.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills, able to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences.

• Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Security standards (ISA/IEC 62443)
• TOGAF or equivalent architecture certification
