Senior Retail Consultant

About the role

Sia is seeking a Senior Retail Consultant to help leading retailers and consumer brands shape their future. You will work across strategy and transformation, partnering with senior business stakeholders to design and implement initiatives that drive growth and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Address strategic challenges such as brand positioning, portfolio strategy, and go‑to‑market redesign.
• Support transformation programs including omnichannel strategy, pricing optimization, category development, and operational redesign.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses to generate actionable insights for clients.
• Participate in project framing, client interviews, benchmarking, and co‑creation of recommendations.
• Work in agile, multidisciplinary teams and regularly interact with C‑level executives.

Required profile

• Approximately 4 years of experience in consulting, corporate strategy, or a strategic role within retail or consumer goods.
• Strong analytical abilities and effective prioritization skills.
• Interest in data and AI topics with the ability to quickly develop expertise.
• Fast learner who thrives in dynamic, changing environments.
• Fluent in French or Dutch and English.
• Good understanding of the retail/consumer‑goods ecosystem is a strong plus.
