Senior Project Manager (M/F)

About the role

Nascom is seeking a fun, creative and efficient Senior Project Manager to lead projects from presales through delivery and after‑care. You will work from the head office in Genk (and occasionally Diegem) and act as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring high‑quality results within agreed timelines and budgets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle, from initial customer interaction to final delivery and support.
• Build and lead project teams, allocating resources and monitoring progress.
• Conduct functional, informational and technical analyses, create project plans and budgets, and handle invoicing.
• Maintain excellent customer relations and ensure clear internal and external communication.
• Visit customer sites as needed while primarily working onsite at Nascom offices.

Required profile

• Minimum A1 diploma, Bachelor or Master degree.
• At least 5 years of project‑management experience in a business/application environment.
• Prince2 Foundation certification is a plus.
• Fluency in Dutch, English and/or French.
• Strong leadership, ability to thrive in a fast‑changing environment, and a passion for ICT, internet and multimedia.
