Senior Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Senior Project Manager to join our PMO team at invoX Belgium. In this role you will lead the planning and execution of development and commercialization projects, ensuring product launches align with the company’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resources and critical paths using appropriate project‑management tools.
• Define project scope, success criteria and governance, and set up clear reporting mechanisms.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams such as Supply Chain, Development, Quality and Operations to guarantee on‑time, in‑full delivery.
• Monitor progress, report to senior stakeholders and lead project meetings.
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks; resolve issues and escalate complex challenges when needed.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, GMP, HSE guidelines and external regulatory requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement of PM processes, tools and methodologies.
• Lead and motivate the project team, providing constructive feedback and clarifying roles.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Solid experience in an operational or scientific role within the industry, preferably pharmaceutical.
• Proven mastery of project‑management processes and tools.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
