Senior Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex industrial projects for one of our major clients. The role involves overseeing the full project lifecycle, ensuring timely and cost‑effective delivery while maintaining high quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, schedules, budgets and allocate resources.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including mechanical, electrical, manufacturing and procurement.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Manage customer relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
• Lead project reviews, report KPIs and present status to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety and regulatory requirements.
• Support industrialisation activities and production ramp‑up when required.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and apply project management best practices.
• Manage suppliers and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 8 years of project management experience in an industrial environment.
• Strong technical background in Mechanical, Electromechanical or Industrial Engineering.
• Proven leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working in an international setting and fluency in English.

Required skills

• SAP ERP systems.
• Project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera and Jira.
• Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• PMP, Prince2 or equivalent project management certification.
