Senior Project Manager – Digital Banking Initiatives

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead Daily Banking initiatives within a digital channels environment. The role is based in Brussels and follows a hybrid work setup, combining on‑site collaboration with remote flexibility.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation through planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure.
• Gather, analyse and document business requirements from stakeholders across customer experience, marketing and operations.
• Collaborate with solution design and technical teams to define solutions aligned with digital strategy and business needs.
• Build and maintain project plans, resource allocation, schedules and delivery milestones.
• Coordinate delivery with IT, business stakeholders, vendors and senior executives.
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks, issues and changes throughout the lifecycle.
• Monitor budgets, quality standards and delivery timelines.
• Define and coordinate testing, quality assurance, deployment, maintenance and support readiness activities.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a digital channels environment.
• Proven ability to manage projects with multiple stakeholders, vendors and technical teams.
• Strong business analysis skills, including requirements gathering and documentation.
• Experience with Agile project management methodologies.
• Relevant project management certification.
• Master’s degree with relevant experience.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
