Senior Product Manager – Data & AI

About the role

We are looking for a senior product leader who will shape how data and artificial intelligence create measurable value for Optimile’s e‑mobility platform. Reporting to the CPTO, you will own the strategy, roadmap and delivery of both external and internal data products and AI capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Define, build and scale data products that generate revenue, improve customer insights and optimise internal operations.
• Set operating standards including consumer contracts, freshness guarantees, quality SLAs and single ownership.
• Contribute to Optimile’s overall data and AI strategy at the leadership level, partnering with engineering, architecture and the AI Steering Group.
• Act as product owner for the data and insights squad, collaborating on medallion architecture, data isolation, update strategies and build‑vs‑buy decisions on Databricks.
• Ensure compliance with EU AI Act, GDPR and related governance, working with the Security Officer and DPO.
• Grow the data pillar by hiring and mentoring additional squads as the function matures.

Required profile

• Senior product management experience with a strong focus on data‑driven products and AI.
• Deep understanding of data architecture, engineering practices and platform scaling.
• Proven ability to influence cross‑functional leaders and translate technical complexity into business outcomes.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as GDPR and the EU AI Act.
