Senior Odoo Consultant

About the role

Squareflow is looking for a Senior Odoo Consultant to join its Antwerp office. You will work directly with clients to understand their business processes, translate requirements into Odoo solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse client needs and propose optimal Odoo configurations.
• Lead business requirements workshops and translate them into functional specifications.
• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and development teams.
• Configure, customize, and implement Odoo modules to meet client specifications.
• Own project scope, planning, and delivery for assigned streams.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing demos, training, and post‑implementation support.
• Coordinate internal team members and ensure project milestones are met.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of ERP consulting experience or 3 years of Odoo implementation experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Management, IT or a related field.
• Strong understanding of business processes and ERP deployments.
• Analytical, structured thinking and a proactive “can‑do” attitude.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
