Senior .NET / F# Engineer (Hybrid, Leuven)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior .NET / F# Engineer to join our R&D team in Leuven. The role focuses on building a modular .NET platform that powers advanced industrial systems, with a strong emphasis on functional programming using F#.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain core components of the .NET platform.
• Implement and optimise Linux‑based services and containerised deployments.
• Integrate subsystems and ensure seamless communication across distributed architectures.
• Enhance software security and contribute to secure development practices.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define architecture and drive technical decisions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in professional .NET development.
• Strong background in F# or other functional programming languages.
• Hands‑on experience with Linux environments and containerisation technologies.
• Good understanding of software architecture and distributed systems.
