About the role
As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer at Faktion, you will develop cutting‑edge AI solutions for enterprise customers. You will implement existing models, create custom models, and work closely with clients to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Act as technical lead on projects, guiding junior engineers and ensuring high‑standard delivery.
- Design, implement and deploy production‑ready ML pipelines in the cloud using Python.
- Research latest ML advances and evaluate new tools and frameworks for internal adoption.
- Conduct client workshops and support the sales team in qualifying new projects.
Required profile
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, AI or a quantitative field.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in machine learning.
- Fluent in Dutch and English (French a plus).
- Proven track record of delivering scalable ML models.
Required skills
- Python programming.
- Java or Scala.
- TensorFlow and PyTorch frameworks.
- Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure.
