Senior Microsoft 365 Consultant

About the role

As a Senior Microsoft 365 Consultant at The Flow, you will act as a subject‑matter expert on the Microsoft 365 suite, helping clients transform their collaboration and productivity processes. You will work closely with architects and digital success managers to design, implement, and optimise solutions that meet business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse technical possibilities within Microsoft 365 and propose optimal solutions.
• Design, build, and configure SharePoint sites, Teams environments and related components.
• Support and execute migrations to Microsoft 365, including on‑prem SharePoint to SharePoint Online.
• Automate routine tasks using PowerShell scripts and Power Automate flows.
• Monitor platform updates, coordinate with Project Managers and Adoption Leads, and ensure smooth delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a consultant delivering Microsoft 365 projects.
• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for solving complex client challenges.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative and communicate effectively in French.
• Comfortable interacting with both IT and business stakeholders.
