Join PwC Advisory as a Senior Manager leading Strategy & Operations for the Procurement practice. You will shape the practice’s growth, drive innovative solutions for clients and mentor a high‑performing team of consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Business development: leverage your procurement network, identify new opportunities, develop compelling proposals and drive revenue growth.
• Strategic leadership: co‑create and execute the practice strategy with partners, set clear objectives and champion continuous innovation.
• Client engagement: act as a trusted advisor, understand client needs and deliver tailored procurement solutions while ensuring high satisfaction.
• Team management: lead, mentor and develop a high‑performing team of consultants, manage resource allocation and foster an inclusive culture.
• Industry knowledge: stay updated on procurement trends, regulations and emerging technologies and share insights with clients and the team.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Significant experience in procurement consulting or advisory, preferably at senior manager level.
• Proven track record of winning new business and managing client relationships.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in building and developing high‑performing teams.
