Senior Manager, Product Owner - MES

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Manager, Product Owner to lead the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) platform supporting clinical manufacturing across our Vaccines and Pharma divisions. The role will define the product roadmap, align priorities with business value and ensure the solution remains compliant, validated and sustainable.

Key responsibilities

• Own and maintain the MES product roadmap and backlog, aligning priorities with business needs and delivery capacity.
• Lead cross‑functional collaboration with Manufacturing, Quality, R&D and Digital & Technology teams.
• Ensure the MES solution complies with GxP, validation and operational governance requirements.
• Prioritise demand, manage epics and features, and oversee PI readiness and delivery planning.
• Drive product releases, coordinating testing, validation, release and support activities.
• Monitor product performance, incidents and continuous improvement actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 8 years of product management or digital delivery experience in regulated manufacturing environments.
• Proven experience with MES, electronic batch records or related digital manufacturing products.
• Deep understanding of GxP requirements, validation processes, compliance standards and risk management.
• Experience managing product lifecycles in agile, matrixed, international organisations.
