Senior Manager – Cybersecurity Consulting

About the role

Sia is seeking a Senior Manager to lead its Cybersecurity Business Unit. You will work with a global team of directors, partners and consultants to design, deliver and expand a portfolio of cybersecurity services for enterprise clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, manage and deliver client offerings such as NIST CSF, ISO 2700x, FFIEC CAT, SWIFT CSCF, cyber risk frameworks and operational resilience programs.
• Support go‑to‑market activities for the proprietary Cyber Risk Review (C2R) SaaS platform.
• Lead business development, manage flagship accounts and drive proposal efforts.
• Provide strategic recommendations, summarize findings for executive sponsors and ensure high‑quality deliverables.
• Mentor junior team members, oversee internal initiatives and maintain project repositories.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in engineering, computer science, statistics, econometrics or a related field.
• 6‑8 years of consultancy experience delivering cybersecurity projects.
• Strong interest in data and AI, with the ability to quickly acquire expertise.
