Senior Management Consulting Consultant – Benelux

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Consultant to join Fujitsu Europe Wayfinders in the Benelux region. You will work on high‑impact management‑consulting engagements, helping clients translate strategic ambitions into tangible business outcomes through data‑driven and AI‑enabled solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a workstream or small team within consulting projects and own portions of client deliverables.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with client stakeholders, ensuring clear and professional communication.
• Develop and facilitate meeting materials, workshops and presentation decks.
• Contribute to practice development by creating frameworks, templates and accelerators, and by sharing knowledge with colleagues.
• Identify improvement opportunities, raise risks early and support onboarding, mentoring and training activities.
• Support business‑development efforts through research, data analysis, proposal drafting and maintaining a client success library.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering management‑consulting projects and managing workstreams.
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to produce structured outputs.
• Excellent client‑facing skills and the capacity to build lasting relationships.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment and to contribute to practice growth.
