Senior Java Developer (3-5 years experience)

About the role

Blue4You, a digital communication agency, is looking for a senior Java developer to join its growing team. You will work on medium‑size and large enterprise applications, collaborating closely with designers, project managers and other developers to deliver high‑quality web solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Java backend components for client projects.
• Participate in release management and ensure smooth deployment cycles.
• Manage source code using version‑control tools and follow best practices for performance and security.
• Collaborate with front‑end teams to integrate JSP/JSF pages, Tiles layouts and other UI technologies.
• Provide technical guidance and mentor junior developers.

Required profile

• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in Java development.
• Strong understanding of advanced OOP concepts and design patterns.
• Fluent in French or Dutch with good English communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced agency environment and deliver projects on time.
