Senior IT Project Manager – Dutch Speaking (Bruges)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead two high‑impact transformation programmes for a leading HR & Payroll provider. The role combines post‑merger integration of a newly acquired business with a knowledge‑management transformation, and will shape future AI‑enabled capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Own and deliver a major post‑merger integration, aligning the acquired business with the company’s technology landscape.
• Lead a knowledge‑management transformation programme to improve creation, sharing, and access of information across the organisation.
• Engage senior stakeholders, drive change, and establish governance structures for complex initiatives.
• Define and execute road‑maps that include AI‑enabled capabilities, cloud migration and digital workplace enhancements.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams across technology, operations and organisational change.

Required profile

• Significant senior project‑management experience, preferably in large‑scale business transformation.
• Strong stakeholder and change‑management skills.
• Background in infrastructure, cloud migration or digital workplace projects.
• Proven experience delivering transformation programmes.
• Fluent Dutch (essential) and comfortable working in an English‑speaking environment.
