Senior Infra Engineer

About the role

OPENLANE is looking for a Senior Infra Engineer to shape the backbone of its technology landscape. You will join a small, hands‑on engineering team and take strong ownership of the company’s infrastructure, driving its stabilization, modernization, and migration toward cloud native solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Microsoft ecosystem, including Windows Server, IIS, Active Directory, Entra, SQL Server, and Office 365.
• Operate the hosted infrastructure on Combell and a small Azure footprint.
• Drive automation using Terraform and scripting languages.
• Contribute to containerization initiatives with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Ensure performance, reliability, and security of all systems.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines and monitoring capabilities.
• Collaborate closely on architecture decisions.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft environments.
• Hands‑on knowledge of Terraform or similar automation tools.
• Experience with hosted or hybrid setups (a plus).
• Interest in container technologies and cloud modernization.
• Ownership mindset and ability to thrive in a small, high‑impact team.
