Senior HR Compensation & Benefits Specialist

About the role

You will support the HR Director and HR Business Partners in designing, implementing and managing DHL Express' Compensation and Benefits strategy. The role covers employee and executive pay, benefits programmes, international mobility, expat administration and HRIS support.

Key responsibilities

• Design, update and roll‑out Compensation & Benefits policies aligned with business objectives and local legal requirements.
• Conduct market benchmarking, salary surveys and actuarial analyses to ensure competitive pay structures.
• Administer salary, bonus, warrants, mobility budgets, flex‑benefit cafeteria plans and related payroll processes.
• Provide C&B consulting to managers, interpret policies and resolve complex issues.
• Lead information sessions for managers and employees on compensation and benefits topics.
• Supervise international mobility and expat programmes in coordination with third‑party providers.
• Oversee temporary labour and internship arrangements.
• Act as subject‑matter expert and change manager for HRIS, handling moderately complex system issues.

Required profile

• Master’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Proven experience in compensation, benefits and rewards administration, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Strong knowledge of local labour legislation and best practices in C&B.
• Excellent analytical abilities and experience with market benchmarking and data‑driven decision making.
