Senior HR Business Partner

About the role

Cargill is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to lead people and culture initiatives at its Mouscron plant. This on‑site position will partner with local leaders to drive performance, engagement, and compliance while fostering an inclusive workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement solutions to improve performance, engagement, recruiting and retention.
• Deploy workforce plans, learning programs, talent acquisition activities and other talent projects at the site.
• Analyse HR and business metrics using reports and dashboards to guide decision‑making.
• Communicate and embed diversity, equity and inclusion policies.
• Respond to employee and manager inquiries, triage grievance matters and manage on‑site audits.
• Lead local HR operational processes including time & attendance, labor relations and benefits administration.
• Represent HR in works council meetings and union negotiations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., labor law, HR, psychology) or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience in a plant or manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of Belgian labour law and experience with works council and industrial relations.
• Fluent in English and French, able to work in an international setting.
• Ability to manage end‑to‑end HR processes.
