Senior Finance Innovation Manager

About the role

The Senior Finance Innovation Manager leads the transformation of reporting and analytics capabilities for the Tools & Outdoor business across EMEA and APAC. The role sits within the Tools & Outdoor Finance team, works in a hybrid setting and is open to candidates based in Belgium, the United Kingdom or Poland.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the transformation of reporting and analytics capabilities across EMEA and APAC.
• Develop and implement standardised tools, platforms and reports for scalable, data-driven decision-making.
• Drive strategic analytics initiatives aligned with business priorities and growth objectives.
• Ensure reporting solutions are reliable, scalable and fit for evolving needs.
• Partner with Finance, Commercial and IT stakeholders to deliver measurable value.
• Promote innovation, data literacy and adoption of new technologies, and influence senior stakeholders.
• Manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced international environment.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience in analytics within a multinational FMCG or similar environment.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale international data and analytics projects.
• Degree in Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Business Analytics or a related field.
• Certifications or strong project experience in Power BI, Alteryx, Python or similar tools are a plus.

Required skills

• Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate, Power Platform, Alteryx, Snowflake, Oracle Enterprise Planning, SQL, Advanced Excel, Macros and VBA.
• Analytical, problem-solving, project management and stakeholder communication skills.
