Senior Finance Controller

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Finance Controller to join a lean, high‑impact finance team within a leading international industrial and logistics organization. The role provides strong exposure to multiple regions and supports data‑driven decision‑making across complex global supply chains.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse financial performance, compare actuals versus forecasts and explain variances promptly.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes for Europe, the Middle East and Asia, ensuring consistency and reliability.
• Develop and interpret discounted cash‑flow analyses to guide investment and operational decisions.
• Collaborate with operations, supply‑chain and international stakeholders to align financial insights with business needs.
• Facilitate reporting and dashboard creation through ERP systems, delivering clear, actionable data to management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with regional teams, fostering trust and effective collaboration.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and data quality.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in controlling, finance or audit, preferably in an international or industrial environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with proven expertise in financial planning, forecasting and business analysis.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships across functions and regions.
• Structured, autonomous work style capable of handling multiple priorities in a dynamic setting.
• Relevant degree in finance, economics or equivalent professional experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
• Advanced Excel and data‑analysis capabilities.
