Senior Engineer

About the role

Sia is seeking a dynamic Senior Engineer Consultant to join its transformation projects. You will work closely with clients to structure data, analyse insights and support strategic change across various industries.

Key responsibilities

• Execute project assignments such as intelligent data structuring, data analysis, benchmarking, and functional specifications.
• Conduct interviews, facilitate workshops, and map processes for client transformation initiatives.
• Provide team support and take on leadership responsibilities as projects progress.
• Contribute to knowledge creation through workshops, publications and seminars within business units.

Required profile

• University Master in Civil Engineering or Business Engineering.
• 3 to 5 years of consulting experience.
• Strong collaborative and communication skills.
• Interest in the energy sector and data/AI topics.
• Analytical mindset, autonomous, result‑oriented and rigorous.
• Fluency in French, Dutch and English; German is a plus.
• Willingness to undertake temporary assignments abroad (e.g., France, the Netherlands).
