Senior Engineer Consultant – Data & Transformation

About the role

Sia is seeking a dynamic Senior Engineer Consultant to join its transformation practice. You will work on client projects that combine engineering expertise with data‑driven insights, helping organisations navigate change in the energy sector.

Key responsibilities

• Execute project assignments such as intelligent data structuring, data analysis, benchmarking, interviews, and workshop facilitation.
• Develop process maps and functional specifications to support client transformation initiatives.
• Take on team support roles quickly, contributing to project delivery and knowledge sharing.
• Participate in knowledge creation activities, including workshops, publications, and seminars across industry business units.

Required profile

• University Master in Civil Engineering or Business Engineering.
• 3–5 years of consulting experience.
• Strong collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills.
• Demonstrated interest in the energy sector and analytical problem‑solving.
• Autonomous, dynamic, result‑oriented, rigorous and committed.
• Passion for data and AI topics with the ability to acquire expertise rapidly.
• Fluent in French, Dutch and English; German is a plus.
• Willingness to undertake temporary assignments abroad (e.g., France, the Netherlands).
