Senior Engineer Consultant – Data & AI Projects

About the role

Sia is seeking a dynamic Senior Engineer Consultant to join its transformation practice. You will work on client projects that involve intelligent data structuring, analysis, and the development of AI‑driven solutions, primarily within the energy sector.

Key responsibilities

• Execute project assignments such as data analysis, benchmarking, and process mapping.
• Conduct interviews and facilitate workshops with client stakeholders.
• Prepare functional specifications and support the creation of knowledge assets (publications, seminars, etc.).
• Take on team support roles quickly and contribute to knowledge exchange across business units.

Required profile

• University Master in Civil Engineering or Business Engineering.
• 1‑3 years of consulting experience or a strong academic track record.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Strong interest in energy, data, and AI topics.
• Ability to work autonomously, be result‑oriented and rigorous.
• Fluency in French, Dutch and English.
• Willingness to travel for temporary assignments abroad.
