Senior Engineer Consultant – Data & AI

About the role

Sia is seeking a dynamic Senior Engineer Consultant to join its transformation practice. You will work on client projects that combine data science, AI, and engineering expertise to drive strategic change, particularly in the energy sector.

Key responsibilities

• Lead transformation projects for clients, delivering intelligent data structuring and analysis.
• Conduct benchmarks, interviews, and workshops to gather requirements.
• Map processes, create functional specifications, and support team activities.
• Contribute to knowledge creation through workshops, publications, and seminars across business units.
• Travel to temporary assignments abroad, such as France or the Netherlands, as needed.

Required profile

• University Master in Civil Engineering or Business Engineering.
• 3 to 5 years of consulting experience.
• Strong collaborative and communication abilities.
• Passion for the energy sector and analytical problem‑solving.
• Autonomous, result‑oriented, rigorous, and committed.
• Interest in data and AI topics with the ability to quickly build expertise.
• Fluent in French, Dutch, and English.
