- Bring up prototypes, troubleshoot hardware issues, run root cause analysis and coordinate EMS partners and suppliers on manufacturing qualification.
- Participate in design reviews, maintain schematics, test reports, BOMs, qualification records and engineering change documentation, and analyze test results to recommend improvements.
- Work with the firmware team on embedded hardware and software co-design, and help implement new powertrain systems (BMS, BLDC motor, motor controller, torque sensors).
Required profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering or a related field.
- At least 5-7 years of experience in electronic hardware design, ideally in automotive or e-mobility.
- Strong understanding of analog and digital circuit design, and of BLDC motors and control systems.
- Understanding of BMS and battery protection mechanisms.
