Senior Director Analyst – Innovation & Emerging Technologies (Remote, Europe)

About the role

Gartner is looking for a Senior Director Analyst to lead Innovation and Emerging Technologies research for its Business and Technology Insights (BTI) practice. The role is fully remote within Europe and focuses on digital‑asset platforms, cross‑border payments, tokenisation, trading, settlement, custody and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Generate high‑impact, thought‑leading insights and market predictions for Gartner clients.
• Research, analyse and forecast trends in digital‑asset architecture and related financial use‑cases.
• Deliver advisory briefings, virtual meetings and conference presentations to senior client stakeholders.
• Collaborate with BTI analysts to shape research agendas and develop new content.
• Support sales teams by providing market‑voice insights that drive client engagement.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to continuous improvement of research processes.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in technology research or advisory services.
• Deep expertise in digital‑asset platform architecture and related financial ecosystems.
• Strong analytical, writing and presentation skills.
• Ability to influence senior client executives and Gartner leadership.
• Track record of publishing actionable, data‑driven insights.
