Senior Digital Project Manager – Creative

About the role

SQLI Ghent is seeking a Senior Digital Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of digital marketing initiatives for top‑tier brands. You will act as the bridge between strategy, marketing, and design, ensuring projects move from concept to execution with clarity and impact.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full project lifecycle, from ideation through launch and post‑launch optimisation.
• Define clear scopes, timelines, and priorities for multi‑disciplinary teams.
• Manage cross‑functional teams and keep stakeholders aligned and informed.
• Identify and mitigate risks early, balancing quality, speed, and budget.
• Support decision‑making and trade‑offs to maintain project momentum.
• Help shape scalable, sustainable ways of working across the agency.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital project management within an agency or consultancy.
• Hands‑on background with digital marketing channels such as social media, influencer campaigns, SEO, SEA, GEO targeting, CRO, and marketing automation.
• Strong planning, prioritisation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to challenge both clients and internal teams while staying calm under pressure.
• Fluent in Dutch/Flemish and English; French is a strong plus.
