Senior Digital Marketing & Operations Manager – EMEA

About the role

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing & Operations Manager for the EMEA region. You will own the execution of a coordinated omnichannel marketing approach, ensuring alignment between global strategy and local activation across priority markets.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead the EMEA digital strategy and omnichannel engagement in line with the global digital roadmap.
• Integrate digital capabilities into brand and portfolio plans, guaranteeing effective execution.
• Establish KPIs and analytics frameworks to measure performance of digital initiatives.
• Drive adoption of emerging technologies and personalization tactics.
• Translate global and regional priorities into clear, actionable execution plans.
• Enable fast localization through collaboration with Product Managers in each geography.
• Ensure content is consistent, compliant, and easily adaptable for local markets.
• Coordinate efficient use of central content while supporting local customization.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in digital marketing and omnichannel strategy within a multinational environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to build and interpret performance dashboards.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of orchestrating cross‑functional teams.
• Experience working with product managers or similar roles to drive localized execution.
• Ability to navigate complex regulatory and compliance requirements in the healthcare sector.
