Senior Designer

About the role

VML, part of WPP, is seeking a Senior Designer to join its Belgian office. You will create compelling visual concepts for both digital and print media, helping top‑tier brands communicate their stories effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Develop visual concepts that inspire, inform, and captivate consumers.
• Design assets for campaigns, websites, and brand identities across multiple channels.
• Translate brief requirements into innovative designs while respecting cost and time constraints.
• Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, and developers to ensure cohesive execution.
• Maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all deliverables.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong understanding of design theory, typography, and consumer‑focused thinking.
• Ability to balance creativity with adherence to brand guidelines.
• Excellent teamwork, initiative, and clear communication skills.

• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
