Senior Delivery Manager – Technology & Business Change

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Delivery Manager to lead the end‑to‑end delivery of complex, multi‑stream technology and business change programmes in a highly regulated environment. You will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, external partners and senior leadership to ensure projects meet scope, schedule, budget and quality expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead large‑scale technology and business change initiatives from inception to completion.
• Develop and maintain project plans, delivery roadmaps, milestones and governance frameworks.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams and cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment.
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, issues and dependencies.
• Monitor progress and proactively address challenges to keep projects on track.
• Facilitate decision‑making, issue resolution and escalation management.
• Build strong relationships with sponsors, stakeholders, delivery teams and external suppliers.
• Provide regular status updates, reporting and delivery insights to senior management and governance forums.
• Ensure delivery meets agreed quality standards and business objectives.
• Support continuous improvement of delivery methodologies and governance.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering complex technology and business change projects in large enterprises.
• Strong background in Project, Delivery or Programme Management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams and diverse stakeholder groups.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, especially with senior leaders.
• Experience in regulated sectors such as Financial Services, Banking or FinTech is preferred.
