Senior Data Analyst – Finance & HR Data Integration

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to support a leading multinational materials technology company in Brussels. The role focuses on transforming finance‑ and HR‑related data processes, moving from Excel‑based reporting to scalable, automated solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and document requirements for the employee central database and related data flows.
• Connect and consolidate data from SAP, HR systems and other sources into Power BI dashboards.
• Design and implement the transition from Excel to integrated reporting tools.
• Develop detailed business cases, track implementation progress and support scenario modelling.
• Identify financial and operational risks and provide performance monitoring insights.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Finance, IT and senior leadership to ensure alignment and adoption.

Required profile

• Strong analytical background with experience in finance and HR data.
• Hands‑on, structured, delivery‑focused mindset.
• Ability to work with complex datasets while maintaining a high‑level strategic view.
• Excellent communication skills to act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for data manipulation and analysis.
