Senior CyberArk Designer / PAM Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior CyberArk Designer to join a global Identity and Access Management team. The role focuses on designing, implementing and supporting CyberArk and Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions across a large enterprise environment, working closely with security, infrastructure and operational teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain enterprise‑wide CyberArk solutions.
• Develop technical designs, architecture documents and system configurations.
• Configure and support CyberArk components such as Password Vault, CPM, PSM and the Admin Console.
• Integrate CyberArk with IAM, SIEM and other security platforms.
• Perform security assessments and recommend improvements to privileged access controls.
• Support infrastructure upgrades on Linux, Windows and Mainframe environments.
• Develop and maintain CyberArk connectors and plugins.
• Troubleshoot complex CyberArk‑related issues.
• Implement PAM best practices, policies and operational processes.
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure and compliance teams.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience designing and implementing CyberArk solutions in enterprise settings.
• Deep knowledge of the CyberArk Privileged Access Security Suite and its components.
• Proven ability to integrate CyberArk with IAM, SIEM and other security tooling.
• Experience scripting and automating tasks with PowerShell or Python.
• Understanding of authentication, encryption and network protocols.
• Experience troubleshooting complex infrastructure issues across Linux, Windows and Mainframe platforms.
