Senior Consultant Strategy & Transformation – Invest

About the role

As a Senior Consultant in Strategy & Transformation – Invest, you will help leading financial institutions redesign their investment products, customer journeys and regulatory processes. You will work closely with product owners, agile squads and stakeholders to turn regulatory and business requirements into actionable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse business, regulatory and legal requirements (e.g., MiFID, ESG, PRIIPS, SRD) and translate them into functional specifications.
• Assess operational, organisational and IT impacts of proposed changes.
• Prepare clear, accurate scope information for development teams.
• Lead change activities, supporting stakeholders through launch, go‑to‑market and IT releases.
• Engage internal and external stakeholders (Sales, Legal, Compliance, Operations) to gather, challenge and validate needs.
• Participate in steering committees and Agile ceremonies where applicable.
• Report regularly on progress, risks and issues to various organisational levels.

Required profile

• Master’s degree.
• 2–5 years of experience in business analysis, investments or regulatory topics.
• Fluent in Dutch, French and English.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and set priorities.
• Proactive attitude, open to new ideas and different viewpoints.
• Strong attention to detail and structured working style.
