(Senior) Consultant – SAP EPM (SAC)

About the role

We are looking for a (Senior) Consultant to strengthen our SAP Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) offering. You will work with CFOs and business executives on finance transformation projects across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities

• Support clients from problem definition through to solution hand‑over, covering strategy, design and implementation.
• Develop accurate planning, forecasting and management reporting models using SAP EPM tools.
• Design and implement budgeting, forecasting, costing and reporting processes based on SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Datasphere and SAP BW.
• Collaborate in agile Deloitte teams with experts in advanced analytics, predictive modelling, machine learning and AI.
• Lead design‑thinking workshops, translate client requirements into solution concepts and deliver cloud‑based implementations.
• Coach junior team members and contribute to business development activities such as proposals and demos.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional or consulting experience in designing and implementing EPM solutions.
• Strong understanding of modern planning‑budgeting‑forecasting, costing and reporting processes.
• Good knowledge of finance, managerial accounting and controlling, either through work experience or education.
• Excellent analytical, conceptual and communication skills in English; French and/or Dutch are a plus.
