Senior Consultant, AI & Strategy

About the role

Agilytic is seeking a Senior Consultant for its AI & Strategy practice. You will bridge business needs and technology, helping clients identify high‑value AI opportunities, shape initiatives, and deliver solutions that drive real impact.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business questions into clear AI and analytics opportunities.
• Run discovery and scoping sessions with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Identify appropriate KPIs and solution types (analysis, model, dashboard, automation, AI workflow).
• Coach business teams on responsible AI tool usage.
• Structure roadmaps from quick wins to long‑term initiatives.
• Build prototypes, dashboards, models, or automations to demonstrate value.
• Communicate findings, trade‑offs, and recommendations to technical and executive audiences.
• Support implementation and adoption to ensure concrete actions.
• Supervise and mentor junior team members on client missions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in AI, data analytics, or related consulting roles.
• Ability to act as a trusted advisor and AI coach for business teams.
• Strong communication skills to translate between business and technical language.
• Experience delivering both strategic advisory and hands‑on prototyping.
• Comfortable working on‑site at client locations and within a hybrid office model.
