Senior Communication Campaigns Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a highly driven Senior Communication Campaigns Project Manager to lead large‑scale, high‑budget communication initiatives. You will own the end‑to‑end delivery of multi‑channel campaigns, managing substantial budgets and ensuring measurable impact.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project briefs, methodologies and tools for high‑budget campaigns.
• Build realistic timelines, monitor daily progress and coordinate inputs from internal and external stakeholders.
• Allocate resources dynamically, define work packages, set deadlines and conduct rigorous daily follow‑up.
• Adapt and optimise project‑management tools for each campaign and mentor team members on their use.
• Propose communication objectives, audience segmentation and KPIs to shape strategy.
• Advise stakeholders on implementation, deployment and continuous improvement of communication tactics.
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks, ensuring high‑quality deliverables throughout the lifecycle.
• Report on milestones, budgets, risks and scope changes in working groups and progress meetings.
• Collect and analyse project data for monitoring and contribute to independent campaign evaluations.

Required profile

• Minimum 6–7 years of professional experience in project management for communication campaigns.
• Proven track record managing large‑scale, high‑budget commercial or agency communication projects.
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to define objectives, target audiences and performance indicators.
• Excellent stakeholder management and collaborative skills across diverse teams.

• Experience in risk mitigation and quality assurance for complex campaigns.
• Ability to produce clear documentation, reports and executive updates.
