Senior Cloud Migration Architect – Azure (Hybrid, Brussels)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Cloud Migration Architect with deep Azure expertise to lead enterprise‑scale migration and modernization projects. The role is based in Brussels and requires a hybrid work model, with three days per week on‑site at the client office.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex cloud migration and modernization programs across the enterprise.
• Design scalable, secure and cost‑optimized Azure architectures.
• Architect real‑time streaming and data platforms using Azure Databricks, Event Hub and Kafka.
• Develop migration strategies from legacy Hadoop/Cloudera environments to Azure‑native services.
• Implement DevOps, automation and governance best practices with Azure DevOps, Terraform and ARM/Bicep.
• Mentor engineering teams and collaborate with global stakeholders.

Required profile

• 15+ years of overall IT experience.
• Extensive experience delivering Azure migration programs.
• Strong background in enterprise data, event‑driven and streaming systems.
• Eligibility: European/Belgian citizen or PR holder; no dependents, RP or Blue Card.
