Senior Buyer – Electronic Materials Procurement

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Buyer to lead the sourcing and procurement of electronic raw materials for our growing business. In this strategic position you will build strong supplier partnerships, ensure supply continuity and contribute to cost, quality and sustainability objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Create and follow up purchase orders, ensuring delivery dates are met for direct procurement.
• Manage purchase requisitions through to PO reception, including negotiation and catalog setup.
• Monitor key performance indicators and ESG progress, keeping ERP data up‑to‑date.
• Collaborate with contract owners and other buyers on group contract management.
• Maintain the procurement SharePoint documentation and ensure compliance with purchase procedures.
• Oversee electronic equipment procurement, guaranteeing respect of delivery timelines and workflow approvals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 3‑5 years of procurement experience.
• Strong knowledge of the electronic market and a focus on quality.
• Excellent team player with a challenger and negotiator mindset.
• Resilient under pressure, autonomous, and proactive in communication.
• Fluent in French and English.
