Senior Business Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Business Manager to lead one of our Business Units within Cream, a consulting firm serving large organisations in Banking, Insurance, Telecom, Energy, Pharmaceutical and Transport. You will build and grow a team of consultants while shaping the unit’s strategy and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, coach and develop Junior Business Managers and consultants.
• Oversee project delivery, monitor consultants’ progress and manage the unit’s P&L.
• Define and execute growth strategies, propose innovative ideas and participate in overall business strategy.
• Identify new business opportunities, develop existing accounts and prospect new contacts across Belgium and Europe.
• Screen, interview and select candidates, collaborating with the Recruitment department.
• Participate in business, technical and management training to continuously improve.

Required profile

• Proven business development experience in a consulting environment (IT, engineering, etc.).
• Fluent in French and English.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet demanding targets.
• Passionate about technology, business and management, with an entrepreneurial mindset.
