Senior Business Analyst – Transformation (ERP & ICT)

About the role

AION Consulting is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join its Transformation practice. You will support large‑scale ERP and ICT migration programmes, working across diverse industries and complex stakeholder environments.

Key responsibilities

• Support transformation and change‑management programmes for large industrial, institutional and SME clients.
• Structure, govern and execute complex projects, ensuring consistent methodology and deliverables.
• Define and implement tailored frameworks, best practices and reporting standards.
• Analyse organisational processes, identify performance gaps and propose actionable recommendations.
• Build data‑driven dashboards and reports to aid client decision‑making.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, develop communication strategies and ensure alignment across teams.
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks.
• Take ownership of personal development and contribute to business growth within AION’s liberated structure.

Required profile

• Entrepreneurial, structured, autonomous and solution‑oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
• Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, consulting or transformation.
• Strong analytical mindset able to turn data into actionable insights.
• Comfortable operating in multi‑stakeholder environments; public‑sector experience is a plus.
• Fluent in French, Dutch and English (C1/C2 level).

Required skills

• Power BI (including DAX coding, SharePoint and SAS connections).
• Prince2, PMI/PMBOK and Agile project‑management frameworks.
• Advanced SQL query writing and optimisation; familiarity with DBeaver.
• Good understanding of data‑warehousing concepts and best practices.

• Gross monthly salary €3,400 – €4,200, dependent on experience and impact.
