Senior Auditor – Brussels

About the role

PwC is looking for a Senior Auditor to join its Industry group in Brussels. You will act as an ambassador of the PwC brand, working directly with clients across various sectors and delivering high‑quality audit engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain direct contact with clients and work on‑site in their offices.
• Lead audit engagements independently while collaborating with experienced team members.
• Prepare and deliver reports, management presentations, and other client deliverables.
• Develop and sustain relationships with middle and senior client management.
• Identify opportunities to help clients solve complex business problems.
• Apply PwC methodology and contribute to project planning.
• Allocate work to junior staff, coach them, and evaluate performance.
• Support the development of audit team members through coaching and feedback.

Required profile

• Master’s degree.
• 2‑5 years of experience in financial‑statement audit.
• Strong analytical and organisational abilities.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
• Ability to work autonomously and act as a self‑starter.
• Experience supervising and developing junior staff.
• Excellent English communication skills plus fluency in Dutch or French.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of IFRS.
• Basic knowledge of US GAAP.
