Senior Account Executive – Wallonia

About the role

Robaws is seeking a Senior Account Executive to lead commercial growth in the Walloon region of Belgium. This role combines strategic market development with hands‑on sales, allowing you to shape the company’s presence in a fast‑growing construction‑software market.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the commercial strategy for Wallonia.
• Build and manage a portfolio of construction and installation companies.
• Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Generate new business through networking, inbound lead qualification, and targeted campaigns.
• Negotiate contracts with business owners and senior decision‑makers.
• Collaborate with marketing to create local campaigns and increase brand visibility.
• Provide market insights and customer feedback to product and leadership teams.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in B2B sales, business development or account management.
• Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and close deals.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire for autonomy and ownership.
• Familiarity with the construction or installation sector is a plus.
• Fluent in French and professional proficiency in Dutch or English.
