About the role

The Global Digital Marketing team is seeking a senior SEO specialist to lead end‑to‑end search marketing campaigns for finance‑sector digital assets. You will act as an individual contributor, shaping content strategy, technical SEO, and performance reporting to boost brand visibility and drive conversions.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage SEO and AEO campaigns across multiple finance client websites.
• Develop and align global content strategies with SEO goals to optimise page structures for conversion.
• Collaborate with developers, writers, designers, and project managers to implement SEO recommendations.
• Conduct technical SEO audits, on‑page optimisation, and regular performance analysis.
• Produce insightful dashboards and reports on search performance.
• Stay current with AI‑powered search trends and integrate them into daily workflows.
• Automate processes and improve efficiency using specialised tools.
• Mentor junior team members and foster best‑practice guidelines.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in SEO, including AI‑enhanced search optimisation.
• Strong content‑strategist mindset with expertise in user intent and buying journeys.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
