Scrum Master / Agile Project Leader for Telephony Migration

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master / Project Leader to drive our Engage program, a telephony migration initiative. You will coach a small Agile squad, ensure smooth delivery, and collaborate closely with product owners, stakeholders, and third‑party providers.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand‑up, Sprint Planning, Review, Retrospective) and additional meetings.
• Guide the squad through the Agile methodology, tracking capacity, velocity and key metrics.
• Support the Product Owner with backlog refinement and Definition of Done.
• Remove impediments, shield the team from interruptions, and promote continuous improvement.
• Maintain relationships with external providers in coordination with Cluster SM and Asset Management.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Squad Lead.
• Strong understanding of software development and project management methodologies.
• Familiarity with Agile reporting tools such as Rally.
• Experience working in hybrid or remote environments.
