SAP Project Manager – Asset Management

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead the implementation of a new SAP Asset Management solution. The role involves end‑to‑end project planning, coordination with internal teams and external vendors, and ensuring successful adoption across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain a comprehensive project plan covering deliverables, timelines, resources, risks and dependencies.
• Motivate and support the project team, coordinate ICT vendors and manage project governance.
• Report progress, budget, risks and issues to ICT Business Partner, Team Leader and ICT PMO Manager.
• Ensure execution follows agreed standards, quality gates and testing before production release.
• Lead change management activities, including communication, training and post‑go‑live support.
• Conduct knowledge transfer and handover to operations before project closure.
• Act as the single point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• More than 10 years of SAP project management experience, preferably in Supply Chain or Asset Management.
• Deep understanding of planning, sourcing, manufacturing, delivery, finance and master data processes.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record in complex, fast‑paced environments and strong change‑management capabilities.
