SAP Consultant – End-to-End Transformations

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SAP Consultant to join our growing SAP practice in Belgium. You will work on end-to-end transformation projects, bridging business needs and SAP technology from the first workshop through go-live and beyond.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse clients’ core business processes and redesign them together with stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into practical SAP designs and configurations.
• Participate in full-cycle implementations, from blueprint to go-live, including testing and post-deployment support.
• Facilitate workshops, train key users and drive change adoption.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions across modules.

Required profile

• Based in Belgium with 7+ years of SAP experience in at least one domain (e.g., Supply Chain, Finance, Logistics, Planning, Sales).
• Proven experience on SAP implementation or support projects.
• Strong understanding of business processes, not only technical configuration.
• Enjoys direct client interaction and fluent in English plus Dutch or French.
